I've been coming to Cloud 9 for a long time--since I first turned 21 back in 2011. I remember visiting their very first location, (skrillex first appearance). which was much smaller but always lively. Now, their remodeled location is even better! The space is bigger, and they've added a full bar and a DJ booth, making it a great spot to enjoy with friends. The staff here is fantastic, the food is incredible, and the hookah is reasonably priced--especially compared to the high prices you'll find near or on the Strip. If you're looking for a fun, affordable, and welcoming hookah lounge, Cloud 9 is definitely worth checking out. So happy for you, T!
With new food menu. Tapas. And cocktails to suit your taste. I would recommend ast least give it a try and see what it is all about. From the staff to the lighting and visuals when u first entered. It is a good off the strip experience
Cloud 9 is one of my place to stop by to enjoy my night. The service is so good, servers being attentive and friendly l. Not only from the servers but also from the bartenders and the owner T. Most of all the food is exceptional. If you want to have a dinner night or a place for you to hang out, this is it. Recommend 100%.

Try the churros. Food is great here. New management new vibes. 21+ now instead of 18 lounge seats in the center where the dance floor was. Service is 'on it' friendly and attentive. Great time definitely coming back.

I was blown away by the food, and the service was top notch. Very cool vibe and atmosphere, and the most important thing is that the music isn't so overpowering we can't have a conversation at our own table. I will definitely be back!
